Happy Easter

 After attending church together we as a family break all the rules and break out the chocolate of Friday!


No sense waiting till the end of the weekend to enjoy all the chocolate!


You are never to old to enjoy the Easter egg hunt in this family.


And because we were all together we did the April birthday role too


Just in case we didn't already have enough chocolate to go around.

After the man of our house headed back to work on Monday after three weeks ...it was my turn on Tuesday...

 

three weeks "staycation" was divine....

 

On the return to my office I was pleasantly surprised to see this sweet treat still on my desk .

 

It was a pressie to share between myself and a colleague.

So this week as she is on holidays I have been eating my way through what remains!

The Good Thing: We organised a dinner at the beachside with friends who we see once a year....the weather was perfectly balmy and warm and the kids played for hours.

The Good Thing For: Me....catching up with a special friend and her lovely family hanging out with mine for a short while.

Please tell me we are not the only ones with Easter bunnies still hanging around on the bench....in the fruit bowl?

I think it is clearly a case of been there that long now that we don't even see it as being odd.....anyone at any time could consume them....but we have had no takers.
