Ten on Ten - May

 Ten photos over ten hours on the tenth day
Today was a Sunday also Mothers Day....

* Some thoughtful gifts to start the day.

* The quiet before the fun....nursery room at church set to go.

* Some creative opportunities to show mums that they are loved.

* Teaching kids about the "circle of blessing" - Honoring our Mothers and Fathers

* No fancy lunch....just felt like a banana and honey sandwich ( the family did a lovely dinner the night before)

* Hoping that this ticket was going to be our week....it was such a whim to buy

* The humor of our teen

* A shiny new piece to keep my memories.

* The teen wasn't around for the day...ran off to circus school

*We caught the last few minutes of a fun packed day for the teen.

A different kind of Mothers Day this year....kind of good that there was not too much time to reflect...less emotional that way.

Ten on Ten - April '15

Our Day....
Someone had to be up and at work for 7am this morning...{well two actually...the man of the house wasn't up for pics}

Not me...day off...so back to bed for some more book time....

Well it was wet outside....oh OK I drove the teen to work then came back and jumped into bed....

I did find someone else who was taking shelter from the weather....

I am hoping that our corn likes the rain too....

This Easter stash has been hiding in my wardrobe....apparently so people won't steal them...little does the boy understand that his mumma is the only  other in the house that would even contemplate eating them!

We did head out briefly to pick up the teen from work and pay a visit to the new Yoghurt place opened up...

I convinced the teen that her drawers needed sorting through before a much anticipated shopping trip next week....she has to do everything to music!

I thought seeing it was my day off...more book time was required...

This boy loves his cousins....and if his mumma wont take him to see them he decided to bring  them together on Skype....{they only live 15 minutes in opposite directions}

Ten photos over the tenth day of the month...

This month I wanted to document a day at work for me...

So I handed over the camera to my sister and fellow team member...and this is what she saw.....

I am not sure about so many pics of me...but I am glad I did it....a record of how lovely my mornings are spent right now....

{I am the Children's Pastor at my church and past of my role is running playgroup three times a week}

Ten Photos over Ten hours on the Tenth of the Month

* We have an international visitor staying with us ....so breakfast the Aussie way...outside in our superb weather.

* Street cricket

* Learning the art of setting up our holiday accommodation

* It comes with everything.

* It really is magic and we are going to have the coolest getaway in just over a week.

* After the mammoth morning of setting up and packing away...a family function called us....the first chance to sit and relax all day.

* Boys and trees just go together.

* A change of turf...beach cricket....that Englishman staying with us is cricket mad

* The weather turned on a show for us today and the beach joined it.

* We finished a very hectic and busy day with hosting a BBQ to bring together a whole bunch of young people.

{Wow we are only on the first day of a very full and busy week ahead and I am spent....finding it tough to keep up with those much younger than I}
