Just Do It.

I have hit a road block...a mental road block.....one that has been hard to push through.....

until a day or two ago.....

I told myself just to get on and do it!!!

I dropped the recording of memories in story form about five years ago.....then I took up blogging that kind of replaced the art...well that's what I told myself.... 

But I have decided blogging can't replace the feeling of pulling of the album from the shelf and sharing with another on the couch.....that feeling of reliving memories and reading the snippets of truth....

So it is time to pull out all the bits...sort through the pieces to keep....head to the photo printing shop, work out how to keep it extra simple....and JUST DO IT...

My memory keeping had been using a system for the last 16 years and  is now non existent, so once I tie up some loose ends I am off to source a new system and get those stories told.....so that my little guy has some stories to reflect on past being three!!!!!!!

Scrapbooking

I took a few hours out today to join some friends for some scrapbooking. I don't seem to be overly productive these days but it is good to catch up with friends.

My scrapbooking has to be all about the photos and not so much the fancy footwork around them otherwise I will never keep up with the demand...

And after reading this book this week I have realised half of my problem is I am overwhelmed with "stuff"....so with the help of this great book I am on a mission to lighten my load around here and achieve a lighter existence.....you can hold me to that if you like!!

And because you have hung around for almost 150 posts..I have something to give someone so come back tomorrow and check it out...can't guarantee what time tomorrow though.
