This weekend.....
Twas the Sunday before Christmas....
A church service to keep us focused on the reason for the season....
A crafty space that is tidy and a trusty machine has been put to rest for a few days....
A newly renovated studio that is that close to being finished....
The presents all gathered around the tree....
The reminders around our home that tell us it is nearly here.....
And an elf escapade that would have had our Taylor in fits of laughter....
In fact she would have loved every minute of our elf adventures.....
I could almost hear her each morning saying " oh muuuum"
Unfortunately with the time to slow down also comes the space to ponder, shed a tear,and remember those who we aren't able to share these joyous times with .
(Sometimes it is easier to stay busy xxxx)
