Weekends are made of....
Beating the heatwave with lemonade Spider drinks....
Washing drying in the heat in record time....
Catching the suns rays as they disappear for the day....
Sifting through boxes full of vinyl records that were going begging.....
and cranking up the turntable to listen to a few gems.....
Making Cinnamon Tea Cakes for birthday afternoon tea.....
Gathering with extended family to celebrate all those that had a February birthday.....
Not letting the heat put us off meeting at the most beautiful scenic part of our city....
It is a long weekend here in Western Australia so technically the weekend isn't over......so we are off to enjoy an extra day....not sure how yet but we will be hanging together .
