Last year I took one photo every week of each of my kids....so I had 52 photos of each of them by the end of the year....My aim was to collate them into a photo book as a record of a year in their life......
Well I actually did it.....prompted by both of them having a birthday in the early parts of this year......
Here is Meg's, it was a little late for her actual birthday but it is still done....
Not sure who was more excited about flicking through it more, me or her.....
I kept it really simple....I wanted the black and white photos to speak for themselves.....plus it was my first attempt and I wasn't very adventurous.....
I used a discount code with Snapfish....it was easy to complete and was delivered easily.
Being sneaky and using this as my creative project this week....joining in with Show and Tell
Oh that is awesome! What a terrific idea & it looks amazing! Well done! Glad she loved it so much!
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely fab - what a gorgeous collection of beautiful photo's for you all! x
ReplyDeletevisiting you from show and tell. That is such an amazing idea. I love it and now I am inspired to do one for our family
ReplyDeleteI've just done similar for my boys except somehow I ended up with double the photos required so I didn't label them but I did put them in order. The B and W makes it especially cohesive. Well done x Is snapfish the best choice in Aus? I did mine via an NZ site that had 50% off and I will get someone to bring them over when they come.
ReplyDeleteI turned my photos into a photo book too ... and I'm really happy with the result. Makes the perfect present too … I'm giving a copy to my Mother-in-Law for her birthday on the weekend .. .whether she likes it or not ;0)
